What every Landlord should know!!!
- Felix is currently the head of the Board of Health for a town on the South Shore, and was a former inspector at the Boston Housing Authority, etc. He knows it all–come ask questions and get candid answers!

MEET A CONSTABLE…round table discussion…why and how to use them to your benefit as a landlord. Legal expert Philip Mann will be onsite as well. Paul Minsky who has 29 years of experience is the constable who will speak at our casual round table. Paul has some good stories and suggestions on how to work best with constables.
The North Shore Rental Property is open to all landlords and or people who are interested in the “business”. We have landlords attend our meetings from all over the North Shore.
