We meet the third Monday of each month except for Feb, July & August.
We are a registered nonprofit with 100% of our proceeds going towards operating expenses. We are run 100% by volunteers.
Help support the North Shore Rental Property Association and save energy this winter!
NSRPA has invited Next Step Living to present on January 21st to promote the Mass Save® energy program for our community. The Massachusetts-based residential energy efficiency company, NSL is able to provide no-cost energy assessments to NSTAR and National Grid electric and gas customers.
Home energy assessments are an excellent way for home owners and renters to learn where they can make cost-saving
updates to their homes, as well as to learn about state and federal incentive programs to
reduce the cost to make those updates.
For everyone who completes an assessment, Next Step Living will make a $10 contribution to the NSRPA. For the 15% of homes that have a good roof for solar, Next Step Living will make a $50 contribution to the NSRPA for every completed solar visit. See us at the meeting January 21st!

Agenda: Tenant screening. Discussion led by Attorney Phillip Mann, round table forum. Sharing of resources, legal pitfalls to avoids, with versed and novice landlords.
Halloween Scare. Share your scariest tenant experiences & or super natural experiences to ring in the Halloween season.
Trash talk. Discussion and opinion on proposed trash ordinances in Lynn and surrounding communities.
The NSRPA is an educational nonprofit that provides support and services to property owners all along the North Shore. Anyone is welcome to attend our events! New and old landlords, service professionals are some of our past guests.
