At our November meeting our featured topic was: BEDBUGS
The discussion was led by longtime local bed bug expert and exterminator; Richie Bozarjian. (781.599.5300). Bed Bugs are an issue that affect everyone, in urban, rural, poor and wealthy areas. He discussed methods of removal used by exterminators. If you are a landlord or property owner who is unlucky enough to be inflicted with bed bugs please call Richie at 781-599-5300. The prices he quotes are very reasonable, and well below his competitors. I have personally used his services in the past (not for bed bugs, thankfully) and can attest to his professionalism and fair pricing.

MEET A CONSTABLE…round table discussion…why and how to use them to your benefit as a landlord. Legal expert Philip Mann will be onsite as well. Paul Minsky who has 29 years of experience is the constable who will speak at our casual round table. Paul has some good stories and suggestions on how to work best with constables.
Evictionmover.com brought in a great Chinese spread. They have hosted NSRPA meetings in the past and offer very inexpensive storage and moving services for landlords who need to move evicted tenants property in a professional manner.
I also want to thank the Lynn Housing Authority. Month after month, they have allowed us to host our meetings in their community room. Without their support we would not be where we are today. Thank you!!
The North Shore Rental Property is open to all landlords and or people who are interested in the “business”. We have landlords attend our meetings from all over the North Shore.
